Who Can Show Their Artwork at Art All Night - Trenton?
Any artist of any age, skill level or medium is invited to submit one (and only one - absolutely no exceptions) piece of artwork. You must be the artist of the work submitted.

How Do I Submit Artwork to Art All Night - Trenton?
First off, we recommend that you register online for the most efficient process. If you choose to register when you drop off your art, you will be asked to enter your registration information into the computer yourself and wait for your label to be created before you can drop off your art.
Artists should bring their art to the registration table between 5:00 pm and 9:00pm on Friday, June 19th or between 9:00am and 1:00pm on Saturday June 22nd. Click here for directions to the drop off/pick up location. You must show a photo ID when you register and submit your artwork and show the same ID when you pick it up. Only one piece of art may be submitted per person.

Please be sure that all 2-dimensional artwork arrives ready to be hung or displayed. Items to be hung should have wire or fasteners. Artists submitting 3-dimensional pieces must supply a pedestal or stand with their piece. When selecting a stand, please keep in mind that most sculpture is best viewed at no lower than 4-feet high. Electronic Media and Audio/Visual Artists
Art All Night Trenton is reserving an area at our venue for art that requires the use of electricity. Electrical outlets will be provided. Please provide an extension cord that is at least 8 feet in length. All submissions using the internet must use wireless technology. All submissions which involve sound must be accompanied by headphones. Please contact Art Intake Team with any questions.

How Do I Sell My Artwork at Art All Night- Trenton?
Art All Night - Trenton is happy to sell your art for you. If you choose to submit your piece of art and make it available for sale, Art All Night - Trenton will process the sale on your behalf and then cut you a check. We even offer the opportunity for you to meet the buyer of your artwork at our Artist/Buyer "Meet and Greet" that is held the week after Art All Night. On this evening you'll not only have an opportunity to shake the hand of the person who loved your art enough to make it their own, but you'll also have a check available for you that very evening. All information pertaining to this Artist/Buyer "Meet and Greet" will be provided to you on the day you submit your artwork.

Due to the fact that Art All Night will process the sale on your behalf, we do absorb credit card fees and administrative costs associated with the sale. This essentially means that we'll lose money on every sale. To o ffset these costs, we ask that you kindly donate a portion of your sale back to Art All Night - Trenton and Artworks. The standard donation is 10% of the sale price but many artists have donated much more... even up to 50% of the sale!

We are no longer collecting purchase request forms from interested buyers and providing them to Artist during pick-up. Instead, we are encouraging people to contact you directly via the digital address printed on your art’s label (email, facebook, website, etc.).

I noticed on the Art Registration Form that I can donate a portion of sale price of my Art to Artworks Trenton. How does that work?
Artists can agree to make a tax-deductible donation to Artworks from the sale of their Art at the Show. In return for agreeing to make a donation, Art All Night will collect your sale price from the Buyer. If your piece sells at the show, you will be notified by phone on Sunday, June 21st that you do not have to return to pick up your piece. And you'll be invited to a special reception at Artworks the following week to collect your money and a receipt for your donation. Buyers will also be at the reception to pick up the Art. So, you'll also have an opportunity to meet the buyer of your Art.

What Will it Cost My Friends to Come to the Show?
It costs what you'd like it to cost. Although Art All Night does not charge an admission fee,we do encourage donations as you enter or leave in one of our designated donation area. Help us keep Art All Night free and consider donating whatever you can. It all helps!

Can I have someone else drop off my art?
Yes, provided you:
A) Register online, in advance
B) Ensure that the person dropping off your art also brings a copy of your ID, such as your state issued driver's license.

Ok, I submitted my Art. Now what?
You can start by letting your friends and family know that your Art is on display at Art All Night. But, the most important thing you can do is to come out to Art All Night and enjoy the event. If you haven’t already, join the Art All Night Facebook page to keep up to the minute on the preparations and announcements.

You must pick up your artwork from the registration table between 3:15pm and 6:00pm on Sunday June 21st, or make arrangements for somebody else to pick up your work at the time you register. Artists will not, under any circumstances, be permitted to remove their artwork prior to the end of the show at 3pm on Sunday June 21st. Our volunteers will be too busy to make any exceptions. Please note that there tends to be a long line immediately at the start of art pickup; however, this line tends to clear out by 4pm, so if you don't want to wait, you might want to consider coming after 4:00 on Sunday, June 21st to pickup your art.
